This work was born at the thresholds — of birth and grief, of silence and fire. It carries the salt of lived experience, and the flame of awakening.
I’m a Registered Nurse, holistic nurse coach, wife, and mother of three. Over the past 15 years, I’ve served in emergency rooms, NICUs, and public health — walking alongside families through birth, trauma, crisis, and healing. My work has ranged from community outreach and infant protection to sexual assault response and maternal-infant health.
But my path has never been just clinical.
It’s also been deeply personal — shaped by my own journey through motherhood, grief, loss, and spiritual transformation. These experiences have taught me that healing is not a destination, but a rhythm — one that calls us back to ourselves, again and again.
Along the way, I trained with the Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development & Education (CIINDE) in Holistic Nurse Coaching — a program that brought together evidence-informed practice with integrative, whole-person care. This certification affirmed what my own life had already revealed: that true healing happens when we honor both science and soul.
My approach blends evidence-informed care with intuitive presence. I draw from a wide foundation: nursing, trauma-informed care, Ayurveda, astrology, Human Design, and energy-based modalities. I continue to explore the intersections of soul and science — always in service of more whole, meaningful healing.
Salt and Flame was born from this meeting point — where the salt of lived experience meets the flame of inner transformation. Where we honor both the wisdom of the body and the call of the soul.
This is not a place for quick fixes.
This is a place to return to yourself — with clarity, care, and courage.
If you’re navigating a threshold — in your health, your life, or your identity — I welcome you.
You’re not too much.
You’re not behind.
You’re right on time.
